Privacy Policy effective from January 1, 2022

1) Information on the processing of users' personal data

Information on the processing of personal data of users of the Internet platform www.give-get.com contractual partners, which is operated by REVENTO PPS a.s., ID No.:14025973, with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

2) Activities of the Operator

The activity of the Operator REVENTO PPS a.s., Company ID:14025973 with its registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Prague 5 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), is the operation of the Internet platform www.give-get.com intended for investors and www.revento.cz intended for clients of marketing services. The purpose of the Operator is to provide personnel, material and other support to investors and clients to enable their rapid and functional growth.

The Operator aims to provide an online platform to combine investments from investors into profitable advertising provided to clients.

The main activities of the Operator are defined in the whitepaper.

Within the framework of the above activities, personal data of platform users and contractual partners (clients, investors, etc.)

We inform the data subjects whose personal data we process, as well as all processing activities and the privacy policy of the data subjects, through the Privacy Policy (“the Policy”).

3) Controller or processor?

The Operator is the data controller. Questions about the processing of your personal data will be provided or made available to you at any time at the contact e-mail address below info@give-get.com or by post at the address of the operator's registered office.

4) What do we have to do to process your data?

The Operator as a personal data controller is obliged to comply with the obligations arising from legal regulations when processing personal data. The Operator regularly checks the compliance of its procedures with applicable legislation and takes a responsible approach to fulfil these obligations, with an emphasis on maintaining the privacy of individuals and the protection of their data.

5) What data do we process about you and for what purposes?

The Operator, as a personal data controller, maintains an electronic or written database in which it records the personal and contact data of users and contractual partners of the Internet platform www.give-get.com and www.revento.cz.

In the case of some entities, this includes information about their education, professional career and other information that the contractual partner, client or investor provides in the registration itself and in other documents voluntarily provided to the Operator in order to meet its objectives.

This may also include a bank account number and a credit card number for the purpose of payment for the GiveGet® token as well as possible financing of other offers of the Operator.

The Operator also processes and uses mainly photographs, videos and audio recordings for marketing purposes (especially in promotional materials, flyers), presentations on the website, presentations on social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), presentations in the annual report and other information materials for clients using marketing services within the platform www.revento.cz

With the data provided, we can better meet the goals of the Operator and connect those who are ready to provide funding to the REVENTO ecosystem.

For this purpose, communications, offers, invitations, etc. are also sent to users and contractual partners at the e-mail addresses provided by them in connection with the fulfilment of the Operator's objectives.

The user and the contractual partner have the right to refuse the sending of communications at any time, simply and at no cost, by sending an e-mail to info@give-get.com

6) How do we get the data into our database?

We obtain new data for our database directly from our users and contractual partners. We enter the following data into our database:

  • data obtained from concluded agreements (where the Operator is a party to the contract),
  • data obtained from the registration data of users and contractual partners, in particular name, surname, permanent address, e-mail, telephone, bank account number
  • data obtained from the T&Cs and the bank account statement voluntarily provided to us by the contractual partner or user
  • data obtained directly from potential contractual partners or users, where appropriate, with their consent

7) With whom do we share your data or to whom do we pass it on?

The database may also be shared with another personal data controller but always in the context of fulfilling the purpose of the Operator. For example, with state and local government authorities in connection with applications for subsidies and grants, with private entities providing funding for the Operator's activities or otherwise supporting the fulfilment of the Operator's objectives, and may be shared for the purpose of promoting the operator (this applies only in the case of clients using marketing services).

We may also share processed personal data with processors who provide certain activities for us, such as accounting, tax, IT and other services, etc.

8) Why do we process your personal data and how long do we keep it?

We store the data of contractual partners and users in the database for the entire duration of the contractual relationship in order to fulfil the purpose and objectives of the Operator and the contract with the contractual partner, even if concluded verbally, and the contractual rights and obligations arising therefrom.

For the purposes of archiving jobs or orders and the exercise of any claims that may arise from the contract or contractual relationship of the user to the Operator after their termination, we retain the data for the period necessary to exercise these claims after the termination of the contractual relationship of the user.

We may process the necessary personal data without the data subject's consent for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

We process the data that we obtain with your consent or that is stored in the system for the purposes of fulfilling the objectives of the Operator, for information on news, including the possibility of creating profiled offers for specific investors or contractual partners, for the promotion of the Internet platforms www.give-get.com and www.revento.cz, for the provision of financing for their operation and intentions, for the purpose of conducting research, etc., with the understanding that we will retain them for the duration of the contract. The data is then deleted from the electronic database.

9) What are the rights of natural persons in the processing of their personal data?

You have the right to contact the Operator at any time to request information and access to your personal data and its processing. You have the right to the portability of personal data, the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to profiling and automated decision-making, the right to the erasure of personal data, the right to notification of personal data breaches where a particular personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. If you have a complaint, you can also contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, which acts as a supervisory authority in the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz ).

10) Consequences of failure to provide personal data

In the event that personal data is processed within the framework of any contractual relationship, personal data is processed only for the purpose of providing performance under that contractual relationship. Failure to provide them prevents the operator from providing performance.

11) Transfer of personal data outside the European Union

Personal data is not transferred to third parties based outside the European Union.
